Our Client – Willfull
Willfull is a Solicitors Firm that specialises in will writing services. They help people ensure their wishes are clearly documented and legally binding. When they reached out to us, they needed a complete overhaul of their social media presence to build it up, connect with their audience and spread the word about their services.
What We Did
Social Media Management
Willfull came to us with no social media presence at all, so we started from scratch. We knew they needed eye-catching graphics, engaging captions, and a consistent brand voice across all their platforms.
We designed custom graphics that fit perfectly with Willfull’s brand. From informative posts about the importance of wills to client testimonials and faq’s, we created visuals that would catch people’s eyes and keep them engaged. Alongside the graphics, we crafted captions that were both informative and engaging, aimed at making Willfull’s message clear and relatable.
We also made sure that Willfull’s social media channels were consistent and professional. Everything from the look and feel to the tone of their posts was aligned with their brand, making their online presence strong and recognisable.
Why They Chose Us
Willfull picked us because we previously worked with their other company Mark Reynolds Solicitors, and they needed a complete social media makeover to build everything from the ground up. They were looking for a partner who could deliver standout content and keep their brand image consistent across all their platforms.
In Summary
Willfull now has a stronger presence on social media and the new channels are not only visually appealing but also effective in connecting with their audience and promoting their will writing services. It’s been great seeing their brand shine online!
