There’s something we really enjoy about working with schools. You’re never just working on one project and then moving on to the next. There’s always something happening, a new term starting, an event coming up or something that needs creating, updating or sharing.
That’s certainly the case with St Mary’s Catholic High School and Sixth Form College.
As they head back for another school year, we’ve been busy behind the scenes helping them get everything ready, with support across social media, signage, print and updates to their prospectuses.
And for us, that’s what makes working with St Mary’s so enjoyable. We’re not just there for one-off projects, we’re there throughout the year, helping whenever they need us.
Getting the new term off to a good start
The start of a new school year is always a busy time.
There’s plenty to organise, plenty to communicate and, of course, plenty of people who need to know what’s going on.
We’ve been working with St Mary’s to make sure their communications are ready for the year ahead, from updating their prospectus materials and creating printed pieces to producing signage around the school and supporting their social media.
Each one has a different purpose, but they all need to feel like St Mary’s.
That’s something we always keep in mind when we work with them. Whether someone is picking up a prospectus, seeing a sign around the school or coming across one of their social posts, we want everything to feel connected and instantly recognisable.
More than just a one-off project
One of the things we love most about working with St Mary’s is that we get to be involved throughout the school year.
We get to see the different things they’re working on, understand what they need and help them communicate it in the best way we can.
Sometimes that might mean a new piece of signage. Other times it could be a social media campaign, printed materials for an event or an update to one of their prospectuses.
It means we get to know the school, rather than simply being handed a brief and sending a finished design back.
And we think that makes a real difference.
Keeping everything working together
With so many different ways of communicating with pupils, parents and prospective families, keeping everything consistent is important.
St Mary’s has built a strong identity as a vibrant high school and Sixth Form College, and we want the work we create with them to reflect that.
Our job is to help bring their personality across visually and make sure they have the right materials to support everything they’re doing.
From digital content and social media to printed materials and signage, we can help keep everything looking and feeling like St Mary’s, wherever people come across them.
A partnership we really value
We think the best client relationships are the ones where you become part of the team in some way.
That’s how we feel about working with St Mary’s.
We’ve supported them across lots of different projects over the years, and we love being able to jump in when something new comes up and help them get it sorted.
There’s also something really nice about seeing the things we’ve created being used around the school and knowing that we’ll probably be working on something completely different with them a few weeks or months later.
And it’s always lovely when a client tells you that the work you’re doing is genuinely helping them.
