This process puts you in control of your Social Media Channels. Before even registering an account with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest, we like to get the foundations right first.

If you’ve already got a social media presence, we’ll first audit them. We’ll then talk about your customers, who they are, where they are. Have you thought about resources, who’s running the accounts, what’s the best tactics – what if there’s an issue – how do we manage a crisis?

This is the full works. After extensive research, we’ll provide you with a strategy document that can be referenced at any time.

It is especially useful when evaluating performance and making sure that your content is true to the document.

It goes beyond the content though, analysing competition and how to handle security from a team user’s point of view.

It ensures if there are multiple content handlers – that your tone of voice remains consistent.

We think this process is crucial before embarking on the social journey and helps ensure the longer term success of the channels you choose to use.

Based on the results of the Strategy plan, we’ll then go through a process of creating and branding your social channels and then work closely with you on writing and scheduling content.

This service provides the strategy element of our first package but is tailored for clients who wish to manage their Social Media Channels themselves once this document has been produced.

#3 Channel Management

For clients who are comfortable with their strategy and don’t have the time to manage their own Social feeds. This ones for you!

#4 Training
